The Challenge
A Cairo-based K-12 EdTech provider had outgrown a stitched-together stack of Zoom, Google Classroom, WhatsApp parent groups, and spreadsheet gradebooks. Expanding from Egypt into Saudi, UAE, Morocco, and the rest of MENA required Arabic/English/French UIs with proper RTL support, parent-facing dashboards, per-school white-labeling, and economics that worked at scale. The platform they had couldn't take them past 5,000 students.
Our Solution
We built a full LMS: live classes over WebRTC with recording, async video lessons, homework and auto-graded assessments, proctored exams with AI cheat detection, a parent dashboard with weekly progress reports, multi-school white-labeling, and bulk onboarding tooling. Full RTL Arabic, French, and English with locale-aware curriculum structures. Regional infrastructure keeps latency under 120ms across MENA.
